Quick Cucumber and Cheese Sandwich This easy sandwich is perfect for a lazy Sunday  and it's simple and doesn't require many ingredients. Just a few pieces of sandwich bread or any whole wheat/multigrain bread ,grated cheese and cucumber and you're good to go. You can also involve kids while making this or this can be their Sunday chore to help mommy :). Ingredients : Whole wheat /multigrain/plain sandwich  bread -8 pieces.   A Classic Indian Veg Recipe Everyone Loves Stuffed Bhindi, or Bharwa Bhindi, is a much-loved Indian dish that transforms simple okra into a flavorful, nutritious sabzi. With a handful of pantry spices and 15–20 minutes of cooking, this dry sabzi fits right into everyday lunches, tiffin boxes, or festive thalis. 🥄 Ingredients   250g fresh bhindi (okra) 2 tbsp besan (gram flour) 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric Salt to taste 1–2 tbsp oil Optional: A pinch of amchur (dry mango powder) or chaat masala 👩‍🍳 Instructions   1. My next holi special recipe is the boondi and sev bhel.This is also a quick to make recipe and tastes great. I have used pudina sev but you can also use plain sev.This is a sweet and tangy bhel and is a good holi snack recipe.You can also add sprouts or boiled chickpeas to make is more healthy.
